What are Entities?

1 Entity equals:

  • 1 Villa/Vacation Rentals
  • 1 B&Bs
  • 1 Hostel Room Type (at 1 location)
  • 1 Hotel/Resort Room Type (at 1 location)
  • 1 Experience/Activity
  • 1 Tours
  • 1 Vehicle Rental Type (at 1 location)

You can have unlimited number Rooms under 1 Room Type at a location.
For example: 1 Resort having 5 types of rooms would need to purchase plans with a minimum of 5 entities (You can have unlimited number of Rooms of each room type).

 

 

Products/Services in the eCommerce Store can be calculated by multiplying the plan entities * 5

  • Plan Entities * 5 = Total Products (Physical, Service or Digital)

Example: Agency Plan includes 30 entities. So you will be able to add 30 Villas, B&Bs, Hostel Roo Types, Hotel Room Types, Experiences/Activities or Tours. Plus, you will be able to add (30*5) 150 products to the Shop.

If you need more entities you can add as many as you want from the iSaapa Market. Entities Add-On Packs are sold in blocks of 5.

How much time does it take for me to set up my site plan?

The Sign Up process is a simple 4 step process. The process takes less than 5 minutes to complete (if you know which template you want). Once completed, you site plan is fully active for you to start customizing.

Note: We have numerous templates to choose from. The Template selection step may take some time.

How do I get my own domain name activated on the iSaapa Platform?

After you have signed up, you will be given a three step process (on your sites backend) to activate your domain name with your site.

Can I switch templates at any time?

Yes, you can. Our recommendation is to switch templates during the trial period.

Once you have customized and setup your site, we do not recommend switching template as your data will get overwritten. If you need to switch templates after your site is live, please get in touch with our Tech Support team – they will help you so that you do not loose any data.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You can change to a different plan at any time.

* Why is the Channel Manager an Add-on?

Channel Manager pricing differs for Hotels, B&Bs, Activities, Tours & Vacation Rentals. Also, channels are different for different Vacation Businesses – so channel integrations differ.

Channel Manager will be installed by default on your site’s backend. To activate it you will need to purchase a plan from here.

Channel Manager pricing starts from $2 (Rs. 179) per unit per month and covers over 40 OTAs like Airbnb, Booking.com & Agoda.

I need a turnkey solution. Is a Setup Service offerred?

Yes. We offer a setup service for all those who need it. Setup service includes:

  • Build your Properties/Activities
  • Build your Frontend Pages (Media & Write-ups must be provided by you)
  • Setup your eCommerce Store along with the Payment Gateway
  • Setup Social Media Pages & Integration
  • Customize your eMail Temapltes & Forms
  • Custom Styling
  • Configuration of all modules

Note: Setup service is designed for those who are extremely busy and want a turnkey solution. If you follow our guides in the Help Center, you will be able to do all of the above yourself.

Can I try an iSaapa SAAS Plan for free?

Yes, you can fully test our platform (depending on the plan) for up to 7 days prior to any payment. Create your website and start customizing it first.

Do I need a Credit/Debit Card to get starter?

No. We don’t require a credit card number to test the eSaapa Platform.

Can I pay in another currency?

Yes you can pay for the plans in over 90 currencies.

At the Checkout step you may choose the gateway and pay in the currency of you choice.

** Which modules are not activated by default?

For reasons ranging from transaction processing choice, performance, and/or privacy, a few of our clients choose to deactivate some modules. For this reason we keep the following modules deactivated when you first sign up:

  • CRM
  • AI
  • Content Distributor
  • Schema
  • Multi Lingual
  • Affiliates

If you want to activate any of the aforementioned modules please send our tech team a shout and we will activate them ASAP.

*** Email & SMS Marketing - Any Extra Costs?

Once your domain is activated with us, you can ask for 5 Free Emails on your domain name. The email service is provided by Zoho. Zoho is a business email service and does not like email Marketing programs. So, we recommend a third-party email service provided specifically designed for email marketing purposes. Once you are ready, talk to us, we will guide you through your needs to the best of our knowledge.

As far as sms marketing is concerned, you will need to buy an sms pack from one of the many providers that we support.

Can I get a fully customized design?

Yes. We have a network of select designers across most major parts of the world. We will allot a designer to fulfill your needs.

Do I need a web host or have to download anything?

No. Our plans include hosting for your website. Also, everything is up in the cloud, so there’s no need to install anything on your computer.

Do I need a additional payment gateway integration in order to accept card payments?

No, our platform is already integrated with over 20 payment gateways worldwide. Once you choose which gateway you want to use, all you will need is account information and/or keys to activate card payment on your site (You will find your account information on your choosen payment gateway site).

Note: If you do not have a payment gateway account and choose to use iSaapa as a Payment Gateway, you will be charged a 1/2% processing fee over and above the payment gateway fees.

Can I buy extra Disk Space, Entities and/or Backend Users?

Yes. Just head over to the iSaapa Market. There are many options available.

Can I add more Tools & Software to my site?

Yes. Just head over to the iSaapa Market.
