You can have unlimited number Rooms under 1 Room Type at a location.
For example: 1 Resort having 5 types of rooms would need to purchase plans with a minimum of 5 entities (You can have unlimited number of Rooms of each room type).
Products/Services in the eCommerce Store can be calculated by multiplying the plan entities * 5
Example: Agency Plan includes 30 entities. So you will be able to add 30 Villas, B&Bs, Hostel Roo Types, Hotel Room Types, Experiences/Activities or Tours. Plus, you will be able to add (30*5) 150 products to the Shop.
If you need more entities you can add as many as you want from the iSaapa Market. Entities Add-On Packs are sold in blocks of 5.
The Sign Up process is a simple 4 step process. The process takes less than 5 minutes to complete (if you know which template you want). Once completed, you site plan is fully active for you to start customizing.
Note: We have numerous templates to choose from. The Template selection step may take some time.
After you have signed up, you will be given a three step process (on your sites backend) to activate your domain name with your site.
Yes, you can. Our recommendation is to switch templates during the trial period.
Once you have customized and setup your site, we do not recommend switching template as your data will get overwritten. If you need to switch templates after your site is live, please get in touch with our Tech Support team – they will help you so that you do not loose any data.

Once your domain is activated with us, you can ask for 5 Free Emails on your domain name. The email service is provided by Zoho. Zoho is a business email service and does not like email Marketing programs. So, we recommend a third-party email service provided specifically designed for email marketing purposes. Once you are ready, talk to us, we will guide you through your needs to the best of our knowledge.
As far as sms marketing is concerned, you will need to buy an sms pack from one of the many providers that we support.
