When we first set eyes upon Villa Verite, located only 15 minutes away from the Mandwa jetty set against lush green mountain views; we knew we had stumbled upon something special. Villa Verite is in Satirje, Alibaug and has been refurbished. Spread across 1.35 acres, this home has 5 bedrooms, a private pool, a magnificent gazebo and vast, manicured lawns.  A stunning mansion, this home is the perfect weekend getaway and can be reached in less than an hour from your home in Mumbai.

House rules

  • Breakfast is complimentary.
  • The staff would be happy to purchase any additional items guests may need.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
  • Loud music will not be allowed post 10pm and not 11pm. Soft music can be played till 11 pm.
  • Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with these rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa more pleasurable.
  • Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Villa Verite are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight.
  • Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay.
  • A cleaning charge Rs.15,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing pets.
  • Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check out time will be 11.00 am on departure date. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Villa Verite.
  • Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

 

Cancellation policy

  • For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at Villa Verite.
  • For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
