Description

Villa Verde is a four-bedroom home located on the border of Anjuna and Assagaon. This luxury holiday home has a rectangular courtyard with the pool in the centre, three bedrooms plus a study surrounding it. Antique doors open up to an airy living room with remarkably high ceilings. The master bedroom upstairs has graphic cement tiles and a Juliette balcony which is the perfect spot to enjoy an espresso or two. Right from the outdoor deck to the alfresco dining table surrounded by exotic plants, guests who have stayed here, love Villa Verde’s common areas.

Had a great stay here as part of a college reunion. The Villa was exceptionally clean and beautifully setup. The on-site caretakers were fantastic and exceptionally helpful.The daily breakfast was really good.Had a wonderful stay - highly recommend.

Guys it's the most pathetic villa one can ever imagine.... 1)worst beds in all rooms. Don't know how villa management can expect anyone to sleep to such mattresses and that too all rooms.2) showers don't have hand shower and hot water only comes for 2 min after that no hot water. Don't know how much cost cutting is done as even towels shower gel and dental kits are not available extra3)Most pathetic breakfast from some central kitchen don't know what is the problem in getting it made here in fact the food that comes in unhygienic and dirty.4) swimming pool is unsafe it has a vacuum hole which is not even closed. One of my family member got very bad hurt.5) No on in the family is able to sleep because of most uncomfortable beds.Very sorry to say but the experience was very difficult uncomfortable, pathetic and absolutely unexpected.I'm writing to you all only for you all to know the situation of your villa else I'm not interested in reviewing such pathetic experience...only good thing were the two nice housekeepers who really tried there level best to keep our stay better with whatever resources they had. Dumber and dilmaya were very good.Thanks.

A standalone villa, in Assagao.. With some really fantastic restaurants in a 10 minute drive radius. Fabulous service, superb upkeep in line with lohono stays standards. Luxurious pricing to match the full service stay

Verde villa is simple yet sophisticated and makes it perfect from the entrance to the homestayThe game room,bedroom, living room ,shower area,kids play area ,huge lawn and clean pool -what else could we ask for. Verde villa had it all!!!!!Meals were amazing, Staff never said no he was so helpful.Would recommend visiting this place to grab some beautiful memories with your loved ones - too many places to get yourself clicked and to get instagram worthy pictures.Verde villa can be used for pre wedding photo shoot.All corner are so well crafted and well maintained Though there are other villas still the ambiance of [property is calm and shooting.Great place to relax and chill with family.Our caretaker made sure we had a hassle free stay and made sure he did all that we ever asked forThis is an elegant property, very conveniently located and spacious enough for 10 guests.Great place to unwind!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing. The service was spotless and the staff was extremely friendly. Helped us out with everything that we needed. Clean villa with a nice private pool. There's no mobile network which I consider an advantage.

The staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that you may need.
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
Guests who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Villa Verde are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay.
Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm.
Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Villa Verde, with additional charges.
Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Villa Verde.
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at Villa Verde.
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
