Liana Villa is a 4 bedroom property located amidst the lush greens of Pawna Lake. It has 2 living areas and a large pool in it’s garden with ample of space around. All rooms are ensuite with the view of the pool. It is convenient to move around the villa as the whole property is set on the ground floor. The entire villa is air conditioned, including the living areas.
Choose to dine by the pool or indoors, host a memorable getogether with your friends and loved ones or simply relax and unwind in the Liana Villa.
The price includes complimentary breakfast, tea/coffee. There is an inhouse chef who can arrange some BBQ or your choice of cuisines from Chinese to Indian to Pastas. You are more than welcome to cook your own meals, our chef will be happy to give you a helping hand. All cooking and serving wares are separate for vegetarian and non vegetarian meals.
The price mentioned can accomodate upto 12 guests over which each guest, above 5 years, is charged extra. The villa can take a maximum of 25 guests.
There is an inverter back-up system during power cuts which can suffice for basic amenities like fans and lights, however air conditioners would not work during power failures.
Villa Rules:-
1. Please keep the house and surrounding areas clean.
2. Late check out would incur charges.
3. Do not move any furniture.
4. Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene. Wash your feet before entering pool.
5. Smoking & Hukah are not allowed inside the villa and bedrooms. If found smoking or having hukah inside the villa, the security deposit will be retained. If having hukah outdoors, please make sure there is no damage to the property.
6. Music volume to be lowered after 9:00 pm, if playing in open area. DJ system is not allowed in the premises.
7. Guests are not allowed to decorate the property using any support of the walls or furnitures. Only stand alone decorations are allowed.
Its a very beautifully made villa, therefore please ensure all the rules are followed for smooth check out.
In situations where any of the above rules are broken, the guests would need to bear charges and the deposit amount would be retained.

Cancellation Policy:-
If cancelled on or less than 30 days of check in date – 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled between 15 & 30 days, 75% will be charged.
If cancelled less than 15 days of check in date, the full amount will be charged.
