Surrounded by dense greenery, the private outdoor swimming pool is where the kids can splash around while you relax and unwind, with a chilled cocktail in hand.

Part of a cluster of villas, you can book all three homes together for larger groups. Known for its serene and peaceful atmosphere, Moira offers an escape from the hustle and bustle while still providing easy access to the vibrant markets, trendy restaurants and pristine beaches of North Goa.

House rules

• Early check-in: While our usual check-in time is 2:30 pm, you may check-in from 1 pm onwards without an extra fee. If you wish to check-in between 10 am to 1 pm, an early check-in fee of INR 10,000 per hour will be applicable. If you wish to check-in earlier than 10 am, the full per night rate will be applicable
• Late check-out: While our usual check-out time is 12 pm, you may check-out till 1 pm without an extra fee. If you wish to check-out between 1 pm to 4 pm, a late check-out fee of INR 10,000 per hour will be applicable. If you wish to check-out later than 4 pm, the full per night rate will be applicable. *Please note: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability
• A COVID test, antigen or PCR, done 48 hours prior to check-in is mandatory. Guests tested positive for COVID will not be allowed
• Check-in time will be 2:30 pm on the arrival date and check out time will be 12 noon on departure date
• Breakfast is complimentary
• Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need
• Our fully functional kitchen can be used by the guests anytime during their stay
• Loud music will not be allowed post 11 pm
• Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
• Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund
• Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check-in date – 40% refund (assuming the total amount has been paid)
• Cancellation within 30 days of the check-in date – No refund
• If you are unable to travel due to any member of your group being diagnosed with COVID-19 or any official government restrictions on travel to our locations, we will give you a credit for your booking amount, which can be used to pay for your holiday within one year from the date of your cancellation. The credit will be for your original booking value, and not the number of nights booked for your original stay
